Very much like technology today, having so many apps on our phones that are active, even behind the scenes, can drain the life of the battery. It is in the act of systematically closing them, that your battery energy is saved. This is then allows distribution of the right energy to the desired and designated outputs and channels, enabling it to function effectively and ultimately last longer.
Our human energy system works similarly.
