I’m now also welcoming clients into a dedicated Sacred Harmony Healing space in Leyton, East London; a private, calm, intentionally created room designed to help your body soften, your mind slow down, and your whole system begin to exhale. Alongside my existing London location and remote work, this new space offers an even deeper sense of privacy, rest, and reconnection.

What Happens in a Session
Your session begins as you arrive into a calm, supportive healing space designed to help your system begin unwinding straight away. We then start with a short check-in so I can understand what you are experiencing right now and where your system may be holding tension.
​
You then rest fully clothed on the treatment table. I work with gentle, non-invasive touch and energy healing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and support release.
Every body responds differently. Some people feel warmth, waves of sensation, or deep rest. Others feel a calm grounded presence or clear thinking. There is no “right” way to experience it.
​
At the end of the session we take a few minutes to reflect so the shift does not stay in the room but comes with you.
Is This Reiki?
Yes. The work is Reiki informed, which means it draws from a long-established tradition of energy healing. Reiki provides the foundation, but it is not the headline of what we do here because the experience of regulation, balance, and clarity is what matters most.
Session Duration and Booking
All sessions are tailored and held with care guided by what your system needs on the day.
90-minute sessions are the most comprehensive option and are recommended for deeper regulation, integration, and lasting change. This extended time allows the nervous system to fully settle and for the work to land without rush.
60-minute sessions offer strong ongoing support and are ideal for maintenance, clarity, and regular regulation.
30-minute Express sessions are available for shorter reset support when time is limited or as a top-up between longer sessions.
