Sacred Harmony Reiki Treatment Booking Information and Cancellation Policy: 

 

All treatment bookings can be made either via Fresha Treatment Booking or at www.sacredharmonyreiki.co.uk .  

You must be over 18 to make a booking.  

 

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Prices are correct at time of going to press. 

All treatments are subject to availability and all prices are subject to revision. 

Treatments and in-person Facilitations are to be paid on the day of appointment with Practitioner. 

Remote Facilitations are to be paid upon confirmation of booking. 

 

If you choose to cancel your treatment booking please contact me as soon as possible however a fee will be charged as below:

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the full treatment session unless I am able to reallocate the appointment to another client. 

 

Appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the full treatment session.

 

Your treatment booking will be secure once I have received your booking and a confirmation should be sent out to you.  This should be within 24 hours of booking being made and if you do not receive a confirmation within these timescales please contact me straight away.  In some circumstances Sacred Harmony may need to change the times of your treatment.  In these circumstances I shall endeavour to inform you asap.
