Blooma Beauty x Sacred Harmony Reiki x Inlight Beauty
Join us for a deeply restorative Sacred Glow Mini Retreat, where beauty rituals meet energy healing in a 60-minute sanctuary of softness, skin connection, and soul care.
I’ll be joining the wonderful team at Blooma Beauty to co-host an immersive session designed to support you in slowing down and reconnecting with yourself — inside and out.
We’ll be working with the exquisite formulations of Inlight Beauty, whose products are created through a unique alchemical process. Carefully selected plant extracts are left to bask in the energy of the sun and moon for a full lunar cycle, allowing their natural potency to slowly infuse and awaken your skin’s own biochemistry — honouring the deep link between nature and the body.
They'll begin by massaging their nourishing cleansing balm into the skin, gently checking in with areas of tension and bringing loving awareness to the face.
From there, a Floral Facial Steam will help you melt into the moment, softening the breath and opening the pores, before you cocoon your skin in a comforting face mask of your choice — chocolate for comfort and replenishment, or superfood for inner and outer glow.
While the mask is working its magic, I’ll be offering Reiki to the upper energy centres — the heart, throat, third eye, and crown. This subtle, intuitive energy work integrates beautifully with the ritual, encouraging a sense of calm, clarity, and energetic restoration.
As we move into the final part of the ritual, Karen will guide you through a gentle, self-loving facial massage, designed to support balance and inner presence.
To close, I’ll help draw your awareness back to the self with a soft focus on the head and throat - the centres of truth, clarity, and expression — before leading a short guided meditation to gently seal the experience and deepen your return to stillness.
