Your Energy Healing Session

We begin with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what may need support.

You then rest fully clothed on the treatment table while I work with gentle, non-invasive touch, intuitive guidance and energy healing techniques rooted in Reiki.

Each person experiences the work differently. You may notice warmth, tingling, emotional release or a sense of deep rest. You may simply find that your thoughts become quieter and you feel more present in your body.

Nothing needs to be forced.

At the end, we take a little time to reflect and allow the session to settle before you step back into the world outside.

Sessions are available for a shorter focused reset, ongoing support, or deeper restorative work.
