Every session is tailored to meet you where you are. You do not need any previous experience of Energy Healing or Reiki.
You don’t need fixing. Sometimes, you simply need somewhere safe enough to exhale.
Your Energy Healing Session
We begin with a short conversation about how you are feeling and what may be asking for support.

You then rest fully clothed on the treatment table while I work with gentle, non-invasive touch, intuitive guidance, and energy healing techniques rooted in Reiki.
Some people notice warmth, tingling, waves of sensation, or deep rest. Others experience a quieter mind, emotional release, greater clarity, or a sense of returning to themselves.
There is no right way to experience the work.
At the end, we take a few moments to reflect and allow the session to settle, so what has shifted can continue supporting you beyond the room.
Sessions are available for a shorter focused reset, ongoing support, or deeper restorative work.

Getting to the Leyton Healing Space
The private space is located in Leyton, East London.
It is approximately:

15 minutes on foot from Leyton Underground Station on the Central line

accessible by the 58, 69, 97, 158 and N26 buses
Visitor Parking Permit available.

Wear something comfortable that you can rest in easily. You do not need to bring anything else.
